Just checked the website. No insider selling. Arif's 5,000 shares sold in July was last sale. Sigmund.....The bad news is that most of us know the reality of the situation. The company has been and still is dishonest and devious with concerns regarding the financial condition of this company. This most recent delay is another example of an unethical and dishonorable businessman avoiding the obvious legal action if he posts 97's financials as a loss. We won't see 97's financials for a long time. By then, Arif hopes all existing shareholders will have bailed out by then to avoid a lawsuit when he posts negative numbers. That's my take on things so far.

Do you know what stinks? A few weeks ago when this stock had a false rumor initiated by some thieves that a take over was about to occur has been totally forgotten. They ran the stock price up to 0.21 with huge volume (over 1 million), Someone made lots of money on that deal and have not been heard from since. Joey (shaking his head in the BB world)
