OT If we were attending an investment seminar in a hotel conference room to discuss driller stocks, Slider's juvenile locker-room vulgarities would not be tolerated and he would be shown the door. Bernie OT GOOD RIDDANCE I am tired of expending perfectly good energy clicking by all of his hysterical ballistic hype. FTIW I've lurked here for quite a while and seen all of his(Heh Heh Heh) so called bottoms. The lack of their input could cost me, and that's why I'm out to stop Slider. --- Stop his abusive, insulting, demeaning posts, that is. I would like to have him here without the 'Terms of Use' violations. But I doubt he could manage it. I would consider Slider suggesting that a poster here masturbates inside an empty popcorn box as example of why he offends people. He was warned, but refused to back off. His presence has lowered the quality of this thread by a tremendous amount. This is not a freedom of speech issue. This is a maturity issue concerning a little boy who does not know how to be respectful. <H>

There are plenty of places on the Internet where Slider can post anything and everything that enters his head. He can even set up his own web page. His free speech is not impaired. Personally, I'm not interested in paying good money (yes, there are paid members here) to participate in a forum that's drowning under torrents of abuse. Nor, I suspect, is SI interested in being sued. I'm no lawyer, but suspect that failure to enforce the Terms of Use could make them liable for the actions of members. Katherine
