I _think_ that Access America was once based in N.O. Yes, it is confusing, but I have not been able to gather any other details that can be confirmed sufficiently for print.

The New Rochelle Standard-Star newspaper published an article Sunday (9/6) on Araldica that confirms my previous articles and has a number of additional facts as well.
