I don't know how the shareholders will vote but they always seem to go with management's advice. If July sales were terrible they should just delist and hideout on the OTC market.

The last of the Qualified help were all let go over a month ago!!
What good are stock options of $10 per share when the stock is trading for a QUARTER (.25) you know 25 pennies!!
Reviews coming in for CleanSweep are good but they sure have plenty on the shelves @ my local CompUSA
I really think the utilities market for the most part is dead
