Nope. I'd like to know myself. USVO doesn't move quickly, so I assume that the float is on the large side. But, who knows, maybe some MM is just trying to get rid of a lot of shares or cover a short.

Someone called USVO and found out that there are 49 Mil shares outstanding and 35 Mil shares in the float. A 35 Mil float company can move on moderate volume.
