Al, I like a bull spread more for RMBS until the stablity of the market is more clear. My sense is that the overall market context will dominate over stock-specific effects. That is, consider buying the Feb 55c and sell Feb 75c ... you are risking a net 5 points to make a possible 20 points using today's prems. Or if you are able to time the market you can leg into the spread and do better than that.

I prefer not to buy leaps until a stock's trend is confirmed. Did you stop out of your position in RMBS or do you still hold it?
