From: gmt@globalminerals.com (GMT Newsletter) Reply-to: gmt@globalminerals.com To: subscribers@globalminerals.com ========================== GMT Newsletter ========================== ============================================================= NTAH:OTC BBquote.yahoo.com Due to the lack of information flowing from the company, we have attempted to piece together information from various sources. When we introduced our subscribers to NTAH, we expected it would be a short term play and to say the least, it has been a bitter disappointment. We would have dropped coverage of NTAH completely, but due to requests from shareholders, we continue to provide what information we can. We are providing the following, but without a 100% guarantee of accuracy. It appears to us that there will be no drilling on Matagorda this year. The Company cannot drill beyond October because of drilling permits only allow a time frame in which to have drilling completed. October is the end of the drilling season at Matagorda, and since no JV Partner has even been announced, we cannot see anything realistically happening this year with such a tight time frame. The next start date of drilling permitted is May of 1999. We do not know the intentions of the company at this juncture until they make a press release. The bright spot we see we see with NTAH is the development of their Stripper Well Technology. We think it is a fair assessment to make that most investors do not see the significance of this technology to the company in the long term. This will be a major revenue generating producer for the company. We have learned that the JV partner PAMCO is on the "fast track" to acquire as many leases as possible to get revenue on stream for NTAH. A significant development which has been entirely overlooked is the selling of the technology developed by PAMCO to other major oil interests. This was alluded to in the last Press Release issued by the Company. GMT has also learned that an independent oil analyst Report is due to be released soon and we think this may be the next major press release from the company. Look at a 2-3 week time frame is as much as we can gather. Long term we feel NTAH will rise significantly in value. We do not expect quick moves in the short term and we ask our subscribers to keep this in mind. In future we will only mention the company if there is something newsworthy to report. The bottom line here is, if you are long on NTAH, watching the stock price on a daily basis does not help your situation. To be responsible to our subscribers we wanted to make our position clear where we stand on this stock. We hope this may give you some insight as to how we are going to proceed in coverage of the stock in the long term. Have a profitable week!
