Jim I would rather they hide behind the "in the interest of National Security" defense, then say they have a NDA. Maybe once a cease and desist order is filed prohibiting issuance of shares before the AGM, and nullifying any issued over the last ninety days, then any attempts to gain control of "voting" would be diminished...Remember their preferred can not vote. It will be very interesting to see who and what votes.....
