> What does this insider buying indicate?

Well, either insiders are going nuts, or they do believe in their won work and are betting on the prospects of the company. If Van Oppen has truly bought 42000 shares (and we should know this as documents become public iin about 2 weeks or so) I do feel very comfortable with my holdings (even if I am losing big time on paper since my average is at around $16-$17/shr!).

2 things are for certain:

1. For some odd reason Wall Street has been punishing this stock more than what it deserves to be (at least at surface anyway). Whether it is justified or not time will only tell. However considering the fact that insiders have been buying the stock heavily at these levels leaves me to believe that Wall Street's punishment of the stock is somewhat overdone and simply put wrong!

2. This stock can move very quickly in a blink of an eye. I am a holder from the INTP days (before ADIC was spun off) and it has always been the case that the stock has gone up dramatically in a very short period of time. Therefore today's $6 (or who knows $5/shr) can easily turn into $20-$25/shr in a matter of days (and not even weeks).

My guess is the stock will most likely go even lower to the $5's (although not impossible but highly improbabale), and then back in the mid teens ($16-$22/shr) sometime in November/December time frame.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Wall Street has been wrong before. I don't know if it is wrong about ADIC but the fact that insiders are considering it a bargain to me is an indication of a bottom (or close to it).
I don't know much about the Co. fundamentals. By most value measures (P/E, P/S, P/B) it appears cheap. They missed their earnings estimates last time which is why the stock got punished. For Wall Street, companies that miss estimates are an anathema - so that explains the price. Also very rarely does it happen that an earnings disappointment is an isolated event. For every ASND, there are scores of SYBS, IFMX, ORCL, HWP, MOT,COMS etc. - so Wall Street odds are against ADIC regaining earnings momentum quickly. I hope the insiders accumulation is a sign that reversal will be quick.
