ALL: NCTI has just reported that they have bought back over 4 million shares recently, at a cost of over 2.5 Million. Is it a last gasp to try for a pop-up to avoid delisting? This may be what has kept the share price from deteriorating any further than it already has.

Good or bad news? We'll see in tomorrow's share movement.

Geno,

What is this debt stuff?

Where is NCTI in any debt? There is no stinkin debt. Losses maybe, lot's 'O losses, but no debt. Nada, zilch, ZERO debt.

If you don't know the difference, welll.....
