To all: NSKY CEO REYNOLDS HAS NOT SOLD ANY OF HIS SHARES. Colleen called and said she had just confirmed that with him. He said that, even if he did eventually sell that small portion of his NSKY holdings, it would just be to reimburse himself for all the out-of-pocket expenses for NSKY he has had for so many years. But he has just put himself in a position to be able to sell (if and when), HE HAS NOT SOLD.

Donster: As a long time lurker on this thread I would just like to thank you for all your hard work. I also believe that you are correct about the filing for insider trading, gives you the chance to sell if you wish during the 90 day period but your not obligated to do so, and it's my understanding that the .03 has nothing to do with a sale price but has to do with the price of the stock on the day he/she files to sell. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's my understanding. Thanks again, John F.

Donster...You're correct. Reynolds does not have to execute the trade if he so chooses. This changes things now. Maybe Reynolds is positioning himself like we are. This is a very good sign, IMHO.
