Veritus, care to specify where these shares are going to come from.

Thanks, Al

Hi Veritas:

Does Maedel's latest offer anything new that we aren't aleready aware of insofar as the 'cheap shares' are concerned?

I really can't see a dump happening - too many good things lying ahead - why off-load at even sub $4? I suspect that people holding these shares will begin to off load them once we start to get the sales figures and forward growth projections. There will be an increase in volume when we start to get the much anticipated News release. The 'cheap' shares will then start to get off loaded during the price run up. The only unknown is how much of an effect this will have and will it take some of the steam out of the share price increase - maybe some - maybe not much - won't know until it happens.

In any case I suspect that Maedel is not providing anything that we don't already know. Most likely just his comments on the way forward in the short to near term.

David.

TO ALL WHO PM'd ME:
Sorry, having glitches today. Can't PM. Maedel feels earlier buyers will be unloading their cheap shares. Too large an overhang will hold us back. I only have snail-mail. Sorry , no more today. Have to get up 6:30 a.m. - a major undertaking for me! I'm long and will stay so at average 2.65. I'll buy more if she drops a lot.

Question on the October shares:

Veritas wrote a while back:
"..Maedel's newsletter is dumping one third of Napier. Too many (6.3 million) shares become free-floating this October. Also, another 4.1 million shares will also be free trading (from warrants exercisable at low .20's - .40's after October 1, '98)..."

Does anybody know where these shares are comming from, and where this information can be obtained.

The only info I can see on shares is from the last statement from NIR, but it says 2,400,000 expire Oct. 1 1999.

Thanks, Al
