In defense of "these guys":

Maybe these guys are trying to effect change in a company which has done them a great disservice. Maybe they feel Firamada owes them something, and until then, they will maintain pressure the only way they can.

Sometimes we invest believing what the company states. We give our hard earned assets in exchange for expected performance and follow through of reported activities. When that company breaks that trust and pillages our investment, it can be like ripping away a piece of ourselves. There are bad investment decisions and there are pure unadulterated ripoffs.

What other industry can a contract be broken and the breaker get off scott free (so far). If I said I would give you $100 for a job, in front of witnesses, believe me, if you did the job and was not paid, you would prevail in court.

These guys have all the right to vent publicly. Firamada has more than earned it. If you don't like it, don't respond. After what we have witnessed, it is difficult to defend this company with much credibility. Let them vent. When/If the company does turnaround, the stock price will react accordingly.

Good luck to all.

Buddy

lucky....Negative probabilities???? I see it as a realistic scenario. Don't let the new hires shroud the fact the Arif is pulling all the strings. New management has been here since May. Give me one clue or indication that this "new" management team has really changed anything. I'm not shooting shareholders in the foot. Firamada is, however. They have religiously missed deadlines, misled investors, and basically treated us like pieces of dirt. Arif Adams has lied on conference calls and on television. He's lied about earnings. Management will not answer any questions concerning the financial condition of this company. And, you say, I'm creating doubt. Look at the company's track record. That says it all. I'm a stockholder, also, and I've taken my head out of the sand. The auditors HAVE HAD a reasonable time to complete their work. I run my own company and if my auditors took this long to substantiate transactions, I would be unable to establish credit with any viable vendor looking for credibility. They are delaying these financials for a reason and, I believe, it is fear of a class action lawsuit. Of course noone can substantiate this unless you're Arif Adams. I have been in touch with the SEC as I have stated and Famh is under investigation whether you like it or not. If nothing is wrong, then we have nothing to worry about. I'm a shareholder looking at a substantial paper loss due to an unethical and devious businessman whom I despise. But I'm stuck here. Obviously, we all hope the company comes clean and becomes a success. Will they? These constant delays aren't helping.
