Pencil Neck, AG bought the markets time. As to the reaction of a rate decrease, if he moved it .25% after any run-up, the market would sell-off imho. The threat carries more weight than the action, and would make investors believe the threat had receded.

So - what does tomorrow bring ???. Over to you Don !!
