We're now informed that this case has yet even to be tried, much less decided. Oh come one now, Janice... details, details... don't bother us with such "piffle" <VBSEG> It doesn't really matter since people really don't understand how long it takes to get a civil suit on a federal court docket, through discovery, and into litigation. Didn't anyone watch the OJ trial?? LOL But of course, Bmart merely was overwhelmed by a pyschic vision and for a short time was unable to distinguish reality from prophecy. Regards, Ron
