Freeze up? Happens to me all from time to time. Someone told me once, (if I remember this correctly) that wind.95 will freeze up sometimes as a security to keep from crashing your computer. Seems like if all the programs haven't closed out completely that it will freeze up. I don't know if that is right or not but since I was told that I make sure that all my programs are completley closed out before I hit the shut down mode. I know that I don't freeze up as much now.
