That would be fine with me only suppose we lack the funds without them, I know several share holders who lost their shares by margin calls.

So nobody believes Jay Taylor's rebirth as a non-believer and you are willing to take another group of shareholders over the cliff. What is the asset? Why not stake with a dart on a map of Nevada? Why recycle the same old tragedy? And If you want to bring a company on the board why not climb off your collective horse and look into some real mining? There are deposits that can be mined that are insensitive to today's metal prices.

I haven't seen too much scientific discussion as to what you are chasing here. Is there a consultant that is above reproach ready to show a profitable enterprise here?
