Then LU on a .6 share swap, making ASND worth around 65-70 a share. Yes I believe LU will trade at or above 100 within the next two weeks. That is provided that no major economic or Worldly event occurs. Let's hope Clinton can keep his pants on for the ride!>>

I know it sounds a bit brash on the heels of our recent market dip, but Mory said a few months ago he wanted $100 bucks per share, no less. I don't think he was joking. If LU is trading at or around $100 in 6 - 8 weeks, they could easily swing a stock deal at $100, WITH a cap and collar in place. They could use this price (based on using their highly appreciated stock) to very effectively freeze out anyone coming in and roiling the waters with another bid. If ASND could convincingly beat earnings, they would be in the drivers seat for at least three months.
