Why bother concentrating on the Internet, when the enforcers can find all the work they can handle for years in N.Y.C. Some people need to remember that.... WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY UP TO YOUR ASS IN ALLIGATORS IT BECOMES DIFFICULT TO REMEMBER THAT YOUR INITIAL OBJECTIVE WAS TO DRAIN THE SWAMP!

It's not only the SEC and NASD Regulation that are looking for investment scams online. Here's an article on the web surveillance efforts of the California Department of Corporations.
