Additionally, his theory of rates has you look for more than one cut. Finally, these are supposed to be discount rate cuts, which are far more fundamental than fed funds rate cuts. None of that has happened. When it does, it's time to get excited. As today's actions shows, just talking about action is only good for a one day pop. Yours, Chaz
