Doc..

WAVX could help James J. Cramer make A LIVING promoting his on-line financial publication... (puke) <g> Yum Yum. Like we really need another of those.

The Spragues WILL HAVE TO seriously consider and get on with signing up the Debbie does Disney things eventually. The "Great Stuff Network" has got to have a "FOr aDULDtERY oNLY sTUFF" section. That will certainly attract some attention! But guess what? Peter and Steven are being "careful." So maybe we could do it in Europe. Hell, what do I know? Guys! Chicken's Butts finish last in Business. Hey! I have this really cool file of POPEYE AND OLIVE OIL doing the Wild Thing! I could have it Wave Enabled and put on the Great Stuff Network for everyone who wants to access our networks Free Stuff AFTER signing on board. Our network needs a lot of free, cute, and "contraversial" loss leader stuff. One way to rattle the cage is to try and get yourself arrested.

Just trying to help,
Marty

Jas and Frank,

The article is about the cutthroat competition that's probably going to soon emerge in the server market due to the commoditization of the pc market, so "If the big computer makers are going to survive, they will have to focus on other revenue streams to maintain their gross profits." Thus they turn their sights to the server market next.

An obvious revenue stream for the oems, as pcs become a commodity, is the Wavemeter. And since we're talking about lower profits on each pc, the Wave impact could be huge for them.

Also, I'm no computer whiz, so I don't know if this would be compatible with the technicals of the Wave chip, but it seems that if servers become cheap enough, Marty and/or others could more cheaply market their version(s) of Debbie Does........<g>
