A big YAHOOOOOOO for SLG and BIG MAC! Specifics on the trades: CASTELLO forked over a cool $100,000 that's right sports fans one hundred thousand bucks to snap up XOMA shares. WAY TO GO BIG GUY!!!! He bought 50,000 shares on 9/3/98 at 2 dollars a share. Peter Davis buys 1000 shares at 2 on 9/1/98. Now before you say look at Peter Davis, remember he made some sizable purchases within last six months.

You know this recent purchase by Castello tells me that people should of listened when he spoke of not giving away BPI. Some said he was swinging for the fences, that he would rather take a chance on bringing in Neuprex alone even if it was for niche group indication like Meningo. rather than give it away to some big pharma. This same guy out of the blue spends $100,000 to buy shares of Xoma. Swinging for the fences in regard to his personal finances if you will. Will Xoma pull through? Hang on to your hats sports fans, hopefully we will soon see Xoma's big hitter Castello hit one over the fence for us!
