I couldn't agree more, Rick. To expand on your insect theme, I believe we currently have a slightly different problem: Namely moths and termites which might eat up our house, our cash and even our best suits! <ggg>
On a more serious note, I too have been trying to obtain information in a friendly way from the company on many occasions. But what do you suggest to do if all your questions are flat out ignored? I, for one, decided to post my questions and concerns here on this thread in hopes that some fellow share holders might have an answer or, if not, contact management with the same questions. As a consequence, the company removed me from their mailing list.
I would like to encourage you to stay tuned and share your insights and concerns. Because as you said, we all have the same goal. If nothing else, we can all get together and drink lost of cheap booze if Naxos goes belly up. <g>

rick,

You have come to the same realization that i have came to awile back. The thread has turned into a management beating,mud-slinging contest. You are much better off doing your own DD and drawing your own conclusions from your own hard work. It shouldn't have to be this way but it has been forced upon us.

Rick, Join the club. You say, "chill out and relax" and you get the wild interpretation of "get giddy and chummy". This is the kind of bitter dialogue that used to be rare and now is common.

Like I said, for these people, unless you type in CAPITAL LETTERS with lots of !!!!!!!!! and demanding answers and insulting people, your comments are not valid.

Like you, I am in sales and consulting. I need to deal with very difficult people all the time and from some I need extensive cooperation. You are obviously a seasoned salesperson. Because in this field, you learn to do your work very well and get as much cooperation as is necessary to ensure success of your project. That usually entails smoothing the way when possible. And you know what? Sometimes the people who would have shut the door on your face suddenly invite you in for a serious, intelligent discussion and even more business. But at least then you know the ground rules and more information than you did before. A pissing match rarely ends that way.

It is much better to develop a genuine mutual respect between parties which encourages honest dialogue. Differing views can live in that environment. But all parties need to agree to this concept.

Good luck to you.
