I also don't think it was very smart to condemn the stock when you were still a stock holder. If you thought management was terrible all you had to do was sell and then buy short. You're absolutely right! I wasn't smart at all! [But at least I don't have a name to live up to.] I should have sold (and short-sold) the instant that Osicom came out with that horrible First Quarter earnings report, when the stock was still trading above 5 for an hour or so. That's when Ms. Payne sold -- she's the smart one, and probably should have been the shareholders' candidate to replace Par. In fact, I should have sold just before earnings were announced that day, when the stock was selling all the way up to 6, after tripling in a very short time. (That's the equivalent to $18/share now. So since that wonderful quarterly report, the stock has dropped 88%!Are you going to stay on the sidelines watching and ranting, or are you going to buy back in and ride it up? With the company selling a trickle of Gigamuxes instead of selling dozens or hundreds of them, and attempting to sell to shareholders part of the company that the shareholders already own, and displaying brilliant tactical moves such as a senseless reverse split, I haven't seen anything to indicate that this company will ever be a winner. Furthermore, I think there are only so many times that a stock can be pumped up on unfulfilled promises. (To understand the psychology behind this, consult the child's literary classic, "The Boy Who Cried 'Wolf'".) I just noticed you were practically the only person still posting on this thread, and I didn't want you to be lonely. I don't have any position in the stock, so my motives are purely altruistic.
