Some very interesting trading going on today. I had WSP up on the screen all day and was very pleased with the way it held up. -A big gain on the day, strong volume, no retreat. Is this just the article? Nope, don't think so. The way the trades were going through, it was more than that. I think if it was just a fluffy pop based on the article, you would have seen a pretty hard pullback. There was some substantial bids right up to the closing bell that were NOT hit on. Now, you might not have all the news yet, but I would hazard to say that something is up. :)

the rules are very complex and they will not tell you how they judge it in advance but in general an unpaid adviser must be registered. the deck is stacked where they do not want to allow anyone but brokers. do you smell a clique here?

to qualify as a journalist you must have a certain regularity stay away from specific stock targets and charge for your work.

three advisers I know have been given warnings and their sites closed.
