Bulls racing headlong toward the next cliff...the bigger this bounce, the steeper the cliff. 8200 on the DOW or so and then down we gooooooooooooooo......

Few will call this leg down a "correction". "Buy and Hold" will turn to "Cry and Hold".

I agreed with your suggestion regarding cheap calls on significantly down days (and have used the opposite strategy on up days). In todays volatile market, it seems to be working out nicely.
