Recent retail stock price declines provide some opportunities. Tara Capital's managing partner, Tara Schuchmann, said she's continuing her strategy of buying stocks with lasting value at "dirt cheap" prices. One such stock, PetSmart Inc. (PETM) is trading at about 6, which is just five times cash flow, she said. "Clearly there are tremendous opportunities," Schuchmann said. "But as always, you have to do your homework."
