Garnet mine news.
Jeffrey sent this tonight regarding progress Doug has made:

Doug Boddy and his assistant fired-off one pillow pack today and
retrieved one hundred pounds of garnet. They did not use the other two as planned because hunters were seen in the area and they felt it was unsafe.

They left fifty pounds of sample material with the government geologist for good will. The samples are more of the same that I have. Very impressive.

Most of the area is covered with garnet at the surface, which is
baseball sized rocks cemented together with mica. The average runs 25% garnet and many areas much higher. The balance is very high quality quartz. No gold likely there.

The quartz is good enough to use in the nickel production industry and other areas where they need clean, photo or light reflective quartz for industrial processing. Quartz melts at higher than gold temperatures so it can be used in many ways.

All three products can be sold for other uses and there is no toxic
waste.

Production from this area will be easy and efficient as the rise in the
hill exceeds 100 feet. That is good since the garnet starts at the
surface. We will build steps down the hill and after blasting, bulldoze
the material down to the next level for sorting.

We will use a belt and a gravity sorter to seperate the three products.
Garnet has specific gravity of 9, quartz 6 and the mica about 3. Easy to sort out.

We will not make the November time frame for the customer but will have good production running by next spring.
