Joe, Ok, the Japanese now want 1/4%, (that is a quarter of one, so basically they are paying you to borrow) so how do us small fry get some of this free money? Those 10 yen coins work sorta ok as a fake quarter, but I've got bigger things in mind. -g- Regards, IS P.S.
