DW -

I put the link to the AT&T thread comment on WCII only to show the depth of interst in WCII that apperars to exist and seems to be gathering strength out there.

The Deutsche Telekom stock price has held up unbelievable in this market and also the DM has got stronger agianst the $. France Teleocm isn't doing so bad either. Other may have a view on what BT might do re acquisitions in the US domestic market.

But so far as DT and FT is concerned they are very very acquisitive. The US is a big target market and they have and will and are planning to buy more companies in the US. Sooner or later in my view within the next six months all this activity and the growth in WCII revenues and customers is going to converge with the acquisition plans of one of these majors or one the the US majors for that matter. The point about DT and FT is that their fire power is suddenly relatively massivley increased with respect to the US domestic market.

Regards,

L
