I agree Wexler has credibility with a lot of people. This is precisely my point. He has a responsibility to express opinion as opinion and not as fact so that he doesn't mislead his following.

Frequently he posts opinions that are valid. My argument is solely restricted to his style of presentation which makes outrageous statements of fact that are insupportable. Never once when challenged to provide facts to support his frequent claims of management and/or corporate "fraud" has he ever responded with facts or a clarification that the statement in question was only an opinion. The absence of such response means that he is content to let the misstatements of fact stand - for which he is then accountable.
