When we look at the history of this stock and the way the MMs have played this puppy, we can say that yesterday's actions were a major pump and dump - not a minor one as was mentioned in an earlier post.

The price fluctuation yesterday were subtle ($0.03 all day), but that's only because of these particular MMs. If this had been any other stock, we would have seen the price jump to at least $0.15 before settling back to where it basically is ... maybe ending the day slightly higher.

I think we've rode this wave somewhat successfully given the above. If there is another reaction to Wall Street West's supplemental newsletter, I believe it'll be less intense with our ending bid price settling (possibly) around $0.07.

JMHO.

Looking for great things down the road for JNNE. I believe in their management and their direction. I further believe they'll be successful in their lawsuit. I'll be patiently waiting on the sidelines.

Peace. Rory.

TOM,

I believe in giving honest evaluations and strategies to those on the board. I personnally didn't sell any yesterday and I don't blame any who did. The truth is that until things firm up concerning the lawsuit and all, this is a trading stock. I still hold a large core position but will trade my TRADING portion when the price reaches my threshhold (alot higher than here). We now have a number of variables affecting this stock so we should see lots of volatility. PLEASE USE LIMIT ORDERS when you place your orders otherwise you let the MMs literally steal from you. They'll use 1000 share market orders to push the price down.

Regards Tom D.
