Flat Tax Man--very, very interesting post on the company bringing the lawsuit against negative stock discussion thread posters. Here is a quote from the article: "In that case, the comments turned out to be from a stockbroker with an interest in driving down the price of Epitope's shares." Now, all of those who think ZULU/ESVS are immune from folks who hold similar intentions, as described above, raise your hand. Hmm. You're still gripping the keyboard and mousepad, huh? I guess this is what you'd call an interactive SI post.

I never said anybody was blind, stupid or incompetent. I just said 'You have to question why all the management that came with the company is GONE, and why is the stock price DOWN, and why are people waiting for NEWS that never appears, and financial reporting that never appears. All i asked was questions, and in my mind, i have never bashed this company, just the direction they were going. But Hey FlatTaxMan: you need to read the bottom paragraph of the AP article you attached - YOU might get sued !!!!!
