If IDTI was the only semi-conducter company having difficulty, you might have a valid point. In fact..the entire industry, and many other industries were caught off guard by global business and economic conditions. Is the management a textbook model of how to run a business? No, but they are facing reality and taking steps to try to turn things around. That doesn't make this a good investment, but that's business:-)
