Your take is up. Mine is DOW between 7400 and 8300 for the next 8 months with 3 more tests of the 7450+/- low closing figure during that period. If history repeats itself as the Adv/Dec lines are doing right now, then this is a parallel period to April of 94. I won't put all the eggs here, but will give this 10% trading range half of my resources until proven otherwise.
