Good morning Mr Metals.

If management was serious about increasing shareholders value, they could use some of that cash to buy back shares in the open market. Considering the very small public float, they would need only a few millions to bring back the stock to the $ 1.00 area. Also, all purchases made under $ 1.00 would in fact increase the shareholders value per share above $ 1.00. Everybody wins!

Unfortunately, when I last discussed that possibility with them, they told me that they had no interest in buying back the stock.

So, we will have to wait and see. In the meantime, I keep on buying a few shares, here and there, whenever the price drops a little bit.

Have a very nice day.

Pierre
