I am thinking of attending the Options Industry Council seminars offered in my area later this month. Has anyone attended one of these lately? Was it helpful? Sometimes I feel that this thread is as good or better than any book or class. OIC is only offering beginning & intermediate, no advanced class in Cleveland yet. Thanks for any feedback.

Just my opinion, and I may be wrong, but lhsg has some strong overhead anywhere above 60. Noticed it is down today, but could be due to the market. I still own puts.

now for another potential candidate. msft. laugh, but look at the chart and it may be ready to fall. But, I won't take any positions since msft always seems to go up.

And a couple more beaten down picks. savly. looking at the chart spells lots of pain for some investors. It is related to lhsg since they are in the same industry.(so is bill which is also down).

And for a long. amkr. I need to do some more research on this one but a price to sales ratio of 0.26 seems too low to me. Must be something wrong and I am looking. Or maybe it is the industry they are in. Any comments are welcome as I have no position yet.

Hope these help. good luck and glad I am making money for some.

<< I'm watching for that LHSG peak to load up on another round of cheap PUTs when that happens. >>

Hi Herm,

I've been looking for "cheap" PUTS in LHSG but even as the price soars nothing seems to get much cheaper. How would you go about evaluating the different dates / strikes and determine which PUT is the best value for LHSG?

Thanks and best of luck,

tom
