Detroit was one of the infamous "slipped deals" from 3Q98 . . . the one that was clearly in the bank. I think that Hambrecht and Quist had assigned a value of $.02 EPS to this deal, and it had to be based on the fact that a lot of the costs had already been expensed. Anyway, this goes along with my thesis that we are in the middle of a breakout quarter for earnings. Ironically, it's at the same time we are in a breakdown quarter for the stock price. That adds up to a major buying opportunity.
