Is there a help file associated with these options? How do
you get the quote in decimals instead of fractions?

All this wild Market gyration and even more importantly currencies yen/dollar gyrations are classis for bear or even imminent crash.....
Short term can't see how Japan would not intervene now on behalf of their interests in this battle...Otherwise Nikkei 10,000 in a month...
