Re: yesterdays conference call - I just got off the phone with Keven Holmes at CFG (888 301 6271). Here is what he said: Interbet IS hooked up. They are carefully TESTING the system for bugs. It's far better to take a couple of days to be 100% bug free than to have problems show up down the road ! The next pr is immenent but not sure if this week or next. The pr will be a Pro Forma with numbers for the remainder of this year - 5 to 6 million in revenue from both the licenses and % of transactions flow. That translates to an expected 3.5 to 4.5 million net - that translates to approx $7.20 a share with the industry standard p/e of 26 (4 million devide by 13 million shares times 90% margins times 26 p/e) TISS IS ALLREADY HOOKED UP AND READY TO GO - just waiting for their place in line. MICRO GAMMING - there will be an announcement regarding another LARGE contract with Micro Gamming in a few weeks - this contract will be at least as large as the TISS deal (at least 10 more casinos with a potential of 50) THE LARGE BLOCK SALE - this is from the private placement done a year ago or whenever - the owner is just re-registering 1/2 of his position from restricted to un-restricted so he can sell IF HE WANTS TO. If he sold now it would be at a loss - he probably "foresees" a nice rise in price soon. He can only sell up to 130,000 shares per month by law - so no problem with him causing any sort of sell-off. SHOPPING DOWNTOWN - their site will be totally re-vamped in about a month - with all languages working - but only after all the above is up, running - and making the buck we are looking for. All above is what I was just told - I'm feeling quite good about it.
