Readily concur- Sell the rallies. If you can read a technical chart in the least bit.... Then you are short this market. Be prepared, the Starr report hits Congress on Friday. Amazing similarities with Clinton and Nixon: When the doo doo first hit the fan, Nixon boarded Air Force One for a trip to Europe and a summit with Brezhnev. One month after his return, he resigned in disgrace. I know I don't have to tell you- BUT: This is a sucker rally. Don't buy into it unless you plan on holding it for a very short time. OTOH, Still expecting a bear rally up to near 200 day MA's. Just letting you know I'm still in the Beara Camp.-g- TW
