If you have a real interest in Mr. Charles you may want to speak to the people involved in Corporate Vision (CVIA) and Western Oil and Tire Distributors (WOTD). I believe I have posted about this several months ago.

Furthermore, I believe there have been legal proceedings in Oklahoma which may be of significant interest of many.
