Inmason, What i am hearing now is that the money is available but, it might not be ready for IPM to receive it before they are forced into chapter 7, should the court allow IPM to continue until the money is ready the restructuring will happen, if not they will go into chapter. I believe it would be best for all concerned if IPM remained and under new management. I have seen several people who have taken their own assays and they told me the gold is there and i have no doubt that it is. I think we got taken by the old management, I don't know the details as yet but, some day I will, and if what i think is true, everyone will fell like taking a rope out to Arizona. Paunch
