I wish there was something positive to talk about in regard to TSIS. The price is dead in the water. We're all waiting for the often mentioned and long awaited announcements of pending contracts. In the meantime the larger market is behaving very erratically to say to least. And the larger market can have an effect on our little company in many different ways. I do agree we should preface any comments not directly related to TSIS with <<OT>>

This smells like manipulation.

This amazes me....We get low volume today and the bid and ask prices move up. Maybe the shakeout has ended or the MM's have loaded up and decided to start pushing TSIS back up.

Any ideas.
