Sorry Bruce, I disagree. A shareholders meeting is a meeting of the owners. THAT IS US! At a meeting we are told what the company's plans are. We are provided financials. We get to ELECT who runs our company. We have an involvement. Since this company has gone public we have never had a meeting. During the Olson era (criticize it all you want) there was an attempt to run this as a public company. We had a board of directors who had meetings and there are minutes to be viewed. At this point I am not concerned with the past but only the future. If we have a future, let's see a plan!!!
My views only.
