william, someone is dumping CIEN big time. If you buy, you should use only gambling money at this point, IMO. This may be a case of unequal dissemination of information. TLAB is not affected, it's up 7/8. There is absolutely no reason for such a severe decoupling unless there is something we don't know.

Perelli(sp) won a contract not sure how big (240 million I think DTI was the buyer). In the Arb community once a bad deal always a bad deal. The deal still might be okay. be careful.
