Hmmm... Along the lines of your comment, "what you want is what you get."

IMO, AG has no intention of touching rates 'til at least November. When the Fed moves, it might be under the auspices of global benevolence, but the reality will be domestic recession. (Pity the public official with questionable legal standing... the buck stops where?)

There's one hot-potato that no one discusses: excessive gearing (in equities). When it comes time to mop up all the liquidity, guess who gets stiffed? (D'ya think AG recognizes that the moment of payment is in the not so distant future? If so, he warned us.)

Luckily, quality of debt throughout the world is just fine.
