Pugs, there's nothing illegal about having insider information only by profiting by it.....as you just did. Further, there is nothing more stupid than bragging about it!

Hey bmart, I heard it was $250,000,000 -- but $50,000,000 was in cash and the rest in stock. Does my clear possession of inside information match yours?

Oh, and by the way, let me go on record here as saying I passed on that $250,000,000 number to Tonto.
