I disagree with you on IDCN's management. If a large amount of shares are owned by one shareholder (Tony Papa, or whatever his name is) and he changes his mind, maybe it is for a good reason... and maybe there is nothing IDCN management can do but agree with the decision...

I still have seen nothing to make me think this company is a scam...

Yeah, management may be a little goofy (for lack of a better word) but I'm not so sure I can blame them.... I've said it before... Jeff has pretty much been a one man show with little investor interest and I think there is a learning curve on how to deal with investors (such as yourself).... I'm giving them time...

Here is my analogy:
A farmer says the green apples on his trees
will be ripe in a few months. A grocer comes by
and offers a penny a piece. The farmer knows his crop is worth
more, but wants to think about it because he knows the bankers
will be happy enough with the offer. In the meantime, a pumpkin
farmer comes along and claims the apples have worms
in them. The apple farmer cuts an apple open and it has no worms.
The pumpkin farmer says "well that one didn't, but the others do."
The pumkin farmer wants the grocer to buy his pumpkins instead
of the apples.
