To anyone who cares:

I just called Liberty Transfer to get an update on share count:

As of today it's still 25,000,000 authorized, 19,580,400 outstanding.

I also asked about restricted shares, but they could not give me that number because the "computer was down". That should start a new conspiracy theory. Have fun.
